Cary is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cary follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Last time I came, they made me wait 40 minutes and still wasn't attended. I then move my appointment to another day at 8 am, which was the earliest hour she told me were available. When I arrived at 8 am was still closed. When finally they opened, I payed and then they told me: " she is on her way... Got trapped in traffic ". I was attended until 8:25 am. The person at the counter is not polite.

Went to this place for an appointment I had scheduled and called to ask twice what type of paperwork I needed to bring upon my visit as I was not working. The lady on the phone told me if I didn't have current stubs for the last 30 days, to bring in documents regarding the income I was currently using. As soon as I arrive, the lady at the front desk looks at my documents and tells me she can't use those and I would need to provide other documents such as last years tax returns which made no sense and still doesn't make sense if you are not currently working neither did the representative I spoke with on the phone tell me any of that in advance. The lady at their front desk did not even bother to acknowledge anything I was telling her and told me I was not approved / qualified to use their facility. This really ticked me off AS I CALLED TWICE to ask in advance what documents I needed to bring and wasted 30 minutes driving to this facility after making an appointment. Not only that, I did not know you could be told that you would not qualify to use their facility when you are not working. About 30 minutes after I left, the girl at there front desk called me back and told me I could b

I took my mom there just for an office visit. Had a very bad experience. I was told 3 different stories about the doctor’s fee. On the visit day front lady said she doesn’t know what’s my visit fee going to be. Also said our credit card machine is not working so come back next week. Without knowing the fee, I went home and when I went back, they charged me 168 dollars just for the doctor’s visit. Very disappointed and felt like as a patient we have right to know the service fee at the time of service. Did not get my report on time either. Will never visit there and don’t recommend anyone.

This was my very first time at the clinic and I must say I am very glad that I chose this clinic. Daisy from the front office staff was very nice and offered incredible patient service. The Nurse Practitioner Ashley there is extremely adorable and I felt truly cared for by her. The female medical assistants there were awesome and very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic!!
